Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis

The RamLog RCM capability are based on a System Functional and/or Physical Breakdown Structure and it provides the user with the ability to perform a RCM Analysis for Functional/Physical failure modes. The data fields are tailored to the requirements on MIL-STD-1388-2B/DEF-STAN-0060 with the objective to assist during the identification of preventative maintenance tasks.

Logic Customization

The MSG-3 logic is provided as a default logic after installation. However, the user has the ability to built and customize the Logic by using the RamLog RCM Logic Diagram Editor.

RCM Analysis

During the analysis the RCM Logic and the question is displayed. The user has the opportunity to answer the selected questions and to provide a reason for the answer.

Reports

A standard RCM report is available for a Functional and Physical Analysis. The user also has the ability to customize (select the required data fields) using the XML report capability.
